RETURN POLICY
Our policy outlining your rights regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms for purchases made through the Art Of Time website. All returns and exchanges are governed by the Terms & Conditions and apply only to website orders.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order before it is shipped without providing any reason. To cancel, contact Client Relations at [email protected] or visit Art Of Time, Bandra boutique.
Cancelled orders receive merchandise credit valid for 12 months, usable only on the website. The company reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice.
Return Process
Products purchased online may only be returned to the Art Of Time Bandra boutique.
- (a) Contact Client Relations
Within 30 days for Cartier products and 7 days for all other products. Only website purchases are eligible.
- (b) Return Form
Request and complete the return form provided by our team.
- (c) Sign the Form
Ensure the form is completed and signed before the item is dispatched.
- (d) Return Package Contents
- Product in original packaging
- Accessories and free items
- Service guide and warranty card
- Invoice and all documents
- GST note (business buyers receive consumer invoice only)
- (e) Seal the Package
Securely seal the package and attach the airway bill as instructed.
- (f) Shipping or Drop-off
Return shipping and insurance are borne by the customer. Products damaged in transit are not eligible. Only items received by Art Of Time Bandra will be accepted. Returns to other retailers or boutiques are not permitted.

Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be new, unused, and in perfect condition with all tags, stickers, protective materials, and original packaging intact. Watches must include all bracelet links.
Free items must also be returned. All returns undergo Quality Control inspection. Art Of Time reserves the right to refuse or reduce refunds if conditions are not met. Non-compliant items may be returned at the customer’s cost.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Personalized or bespoke products (engraved/embossed)
- Opened ink bottles or refills
- Accessories such as writing instruments, diaries, organisers, bracelets, and similar items
These items are final sale.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when the return complies with this policy and will be made to the original buyer. Gift recipients are not eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt to the original payment method. Return shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.
No refunds are provided for price changes or misprints. In such cases, merchandise credit is issued instead.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted if all return conditions are satisfied.
For lower-priced exchanges, merchandise credit is issued for the difference, valid for 12 months and usable only on the website.
For higher-priced exchanges, the customer pays the difference. Credits cannot be used in physical stores.
