Insurance & Responsibility

All orders are insured during transit until delivery is successfully completed. Responsibility transfers to the recipient immediately upon confirmed delivery.

Delivery Acceptance

Delivery requires an adult (18+) signature upon receipt.

Responsibility transfers upon signature confirmation.

Gift deliveries are treated as accepted upon recipient signature.

Failed or Re-Delivery

Incorrect delivery details or the absence of an adult recipient may result in a failed delivery attempt.

Re-delivery charges will be billed to the customer.

While we strive to meet all timelines, the company is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, natural calamities, technical issues, or carrier delays.
